As an AI Engineer at HumAIn, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to build and deploy practical AI-powered applications. We're seeking a skilled and passionate developer to drive real-world business impact. This position is both experimental and technical by nature—you need to evaluate emerging models and think outside the box to solve complex challenges. We expect the candidate to be proactive, write clean code, and bring a hands-on "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have strong Python and JavaScript expertise, LLM framework experience, and solid problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered chatbots, voice agents, and automations
- Engineer prompts, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems
- Integrate AI models with cloud infrastructure and APIs
- Evaluate emerging models to recommend optimal solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code with thorough documentation
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong Python and JavaScript programming skills
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and RAG pipelines
- Solid experience with REST APIs, vector databases, and Git
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Google Agent Platform, and Cloud Run
- Experience with speech-to-text or text-to-speech technologies
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or machine learning frameworks
- Strong analytical skills
